STRUCTAL UK Ltd products are manufactured in the Pinon production plant with a total production area of 30,000 m2 plus internal/external storage of 12,000 m2. A total of 7 assembly lines using 20 computerised machining work stations process pre-assembled and glazed panels up to 7 m x 3 m, including in-house structural silicon glazing, metal panel fabrication and integrated stone elements. ISO 9001-certified quality standards are maintained at each stage of production ensuring the highest level of factory controlled product quality.

The product range currently covers the entire spectrum of commercial curtain walling, windows, cladding and doors, either thermally or non thermally broken.
The curtain wall, window and associated solutions are numerous with stick, semi unitised and fully unitised curtain walling construction, unique active or pressurised facades with both mechanical and structural silicone glazed infills.
Products also offered are bolted glazing, sloped roof glazing, rainscreen and metal facade systems.
