Site installation of prefabricated curtain walling is the end result of early design agreement and off site factory-controlled panel assembly. Stick systems will also be installed with documented site quality controls. The architectural diversity and structure material constraints of each project require fixing design solutions to suit each type of building from high-rise towers to lower-rise projects with moderate building movements.

Roof-mounted cranes, tower cranes, floor-mounted hydraulic machines and mobile external cranes are all options available for panel installation depending on the site conditions, programme and the panel sizes used on each project.
Each STRUCTAL UK Ltd project has its own appointed Project Manager who, along with the Site Manager, controls all aspects of site quality and installation with approved methods, statements, risk assessments and site check lists.
